Job Description:ROLE PURPOSE: In a few short sentences, outline the reason the role exists, its objectives and overall accountability. The Power Platform Developer/Engineer role exists to design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The objective is to enhance business processes, improve data management, and drive digital transformation within the organization. The role is accountable for delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications that meet business requirements.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and develop custom applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements. Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions. Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform applications. Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and team members. Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and best practices. SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Min 5 yrs experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Strong understanding of data modelling, database design, and SQL. Experience with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft services. High Level Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, or Python. (preferably 5 yrs development experience) Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
