Role & responsibilities

1.To ensure all operations in the stores are as per SOP.

2. To Dispense all necessary approved raw materials with A.R. No. and  signature of Quality Control to the Production department, Quality Control, Research and Development  as per written request.

3. To co-operate with Quality Control department for operations like sampling, investigation etc.

4. To fix labels on the containers as per SOP.

5. To calibrate weighing balances as per SOP.

6. To monitor retesting of raw materials as per SOP.

7. To dispatch finished products as per dispatch advice from marketing department.

8. To indent all necessary raw material and packaging material required as per production schedule.

9. To maintain for all incoming goods and finished goods stock statement.

10. Central excise records, Books and monthly return submission.

11. To maintain and submission of rebate claim and under taking claim with central excise department and follow up.

12. To maintain records of attendance for every month and report to HR department

13. To maintain petty cash, factory stationary.
