Operations Executive

Work Profile:

• The person would be responsible for managing the academic delivery of the programs.
• Managing the student's login access, study material, and communication.
• Interacting with the faculties, scheduling the sessions, and managing the same.
• Follow up with the students on fee instalment collection.
• Answering the student's queries and assisting them with the solutions.
• Updating the course content on the LMS, following up closely with the faculties on providing the content.

Key Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be a motivated, team player with the right attitude.
• Prior experience of 2+ years in academic management or student operations would be preferred.
• Graduation in any stream.
