Academic Counselor

An academic counsellor is responsible for providing guidance and support to Doctors in their academic pursuits. Their job is to assist Doctors in making informed decisions about their academic path and to help them overcome any obstacles they may encounter.

The primary responsibilities of an academic counsellor include:

1. Advising user on course selection, degree requirements, and academic policies.

2. Providing guidance on respective course options and helping user to develop a plan for achieving their academic and career goals.

3. Identify, prospect and develop new academic accounts and opportunities, and maintain existing relationships to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activity reports, customer data, and other relevant information in the company's CRM system.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1+ years inside sales experience (incoming call preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Proven track record of successful sales experience preferred
