Marketing Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to drive excellence in all marketing initiatives.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that align with the hospitals overall business objectives, focusing on both short-term growth and long-term sustainability.
• Brand Development: Build and maintain the hospital's brand, ensuring consistency across all platforms and communications. Enhance the hospital's reputation through effective branding and public relations efforts.
• Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase hospital revenue through strategic marketing campaigns, partnerships, and new patient acquisition.
• Digital and Traditional Marketing: Oversee both digital marketing and traditional marketing efforts to drive engagement and build the hospital's presence in the local and regional market.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and patient needs. Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and ensure optimal return on investment.
• Budget Management: Plan and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring that all marketing activities are within budget while achieving maximum impact.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the hospital leadership, doctors, and departments to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and operational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 10 years of experience in marketing within the hospital or healthcare industry, with a focus on brand building, revenue growth, and team management.
• Education: MBA in Marketing from a reputed institution.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the healthcare or hospital sector.
• Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and regulatory environment in healthcare marketing.

Compensation:

• Negotiable based on experience and expertise.
