The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, content strategy, and digital analytics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.

What the role entails Key accountabilities/ responsibilities

Lead Generation & Revenue Growth

• Develop and execute strategies for lead generation through Paid Ads (Google Ads, social media, Display, etc.)
• Optimize conversion rates and drive revenue from digital ad campaigns
• Identify and implement strategies to increase organic revenue from the website

Paid Digital Advertising (Performance Marketing)

• Plan and manage PPC campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI, CTR, and CPA
• A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies

Organic Growth & SEO Optimization

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic website traffic
• Work with content and technical teams to optimize website content and structure
• Conduct keyword research, backlinking strategies, and on-page SEO improvements

Content & Brand Visibility

• Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and marketing assets
• Plan and execute content marketing strategies to improve engagement and reach
• Leverage social media and influencer marketing to drive brand awareness

Digital Marketing Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad platforms
• Generate reports on traffic, lead conversions, revenue growth, and campaign effectiveness
• Continuously optimize strategies based on data insights
• Define metrics to measure the performance of medico marketing team and monitor these metrics

What we are looking for in you

• Proven track record in lead generation, paid ad campaigns, and revenue-driven strategies
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console)
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and campaign performance measurement
• Excellent understanding of content marketing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
