House Manager (13-25 yrs)

Job Role: House Manager (UHNWI)

Location: New Delhi

Salary: 24 LPA

Mandatory Work Exp: Working experience in the Houses of HNI

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct supervision to Direct Support Professionals by maintaining ongoing communication with staff regarding performance expectations

- Maintain appropriate staffing ratios within the service location at all times

- Participate in the hiring process to ensure the best matching of staff to the needs of the individual supported and the services location

- Conduct staff training Ensure staff have proper person specific training, Conduct monthly staff meetings

- Oversee day to day operations of the House

- Maintain regular presence at each service location

- Assure general upkeep of interior and exterior of each house

- Develop staff cleaning schedules

- Report maintenance needs

- Ensure home has adequate supply of food and other necessary supplies

- Facilitate the initiation of emergency response drills

- Facilitate the development of home routines and expectations with individuals supported and staff

- Assist individuals with making healthy lifestyle choices and provide opportunities to connect with their neighborhood and surrounding community

- Ensure that all staff working in the home are fully trained to support the medical needs of those living in the home

- Handling Interior and Exterior unit of the house

- Arranging VVIP office Meeting at home for the Chairman making sure all amenities and beverages or Food is served timely depending on the occasion

- Organizing Cocktail or Kitty Party for the group

- Keeping in Mind High Profile Portfolio arranging events accordingly

- Supervise the Cleaning and Maintenance activities of Silver and Antique Inventories

- Overlooking all Housekeeping of the Property Interior and Exterior
