As an Operation Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of various advertising campaigns and maintaining strong client relationships.
Job Summary: As an Operation Manager, you will be responsible for executing field operations and coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of advertising campaigns. You will be the primary point of contact between the company and the clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a high level of organization, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing prompt assistance.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
2. Campaign Execution:
Coordinate and oversee the execution of advertising campaigns at various locations.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Monitor campaign progress, troubleshoot any issues, and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
3. Field Operations:
Conduct field visits to ensure the smooth functioning of campaigns and resolve onground challenges.
Supervise and manage field staff involved in campaign implementation.
Maintain accurate records of field activities, expenses, and reports.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare necessary documents, including campaign reports, status updates, and feedback summaries.
5. Quality Control:
Ensure adherence to quality standards and brand guidelines in all campaign executions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Field Executive or in a similar client-facing role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Valid driver s license and willingness to travel as required.
