Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing) to increase lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Manage and optimize online campaigns, tracking performance and ROI through analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
- Oversee the company's website, ensuring it is optimized for user experience (UX), lead capture, and search engine ranking.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital space.
2. Brand Development & Positioning:
- Lead brand development strategies that create a consistent and compelling brand identity across all platforms.
- Work with the creative team to ensure that marketing materials, advertising, and digital content accurately reflect the companys brand values and goals.
- Define and communicate the company’s unique selling propositions (USPs) and create strategies to position the brand effectively within the competitive real estate market.
3. Public Relations & Media Relations:
- Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the company’s public image and strengthen media relationships.
- Collaborate with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to generate positive press and media coverage.
- Manage press releases, media pitches, and event planning for product launches, new developments, and key company initiatives.
- Act as the company’s spokesperson in media interactions, conferences, and other external communications.
4. Media Planning & Buying:
- Lead the development of media strategies and plans to maximize the company’s exposure across traditional and digital channels.
- Negotiate and manage media buying and partnerships, ensuring effective use of advertising budgets and maximizing ROI.
- Work closely with the advertising and creative teams to develop effective campaigns that drive awareness and generate high-quality leads.
- Evaluate media performance, providing reports and insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making.
5. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary marketing team (digital marketers, PR specialists, designers, content creators) to ensure high performance and growth.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and development teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure a cohesive brand message.
- Manage external agencies and third-party vendors related to media buying, public relations, and creative production.
6. Customer Insights & Market Research:
- Analyze customer data and market trends to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay informed about market shifts to adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Use customer insights to enhance personalization and engagement in digital marketing campaigns.
7. Campaign Management & Reporting:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and broadcast channels.
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimize future efforts.
- Present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership regularly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- At least 10+ years of experience in marketing, PR, and media planning, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, ideally in the real estate or related industries.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media.
- Proven experience in managing PR campaigns, building media relationships, and acting as a company spokesperson.
- Extensive knowledge of branding strategies and positioning, with experience in managing brand identity and creating compelling messaging.
- Experience with media planning and buying, both digital and traditional, and understanding of key performance metrics and ROI.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to write and present effectively.
- Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, social media insights) and media buying platforms.
- Familiarity with the real estate market, property development trends, and consumer behavior in the industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in real estate marketing, including digital advertising for property sales, real estate development, or leasing.
- Expertise in video marketing, virtual tours, and other innovative formats tailored for real estate promotion.
- Knowledge of emerging marketing technologies such as AI-driven marketing automation, virtual reality (VR), or augmented reality (AR) for real estate marketing.
