Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective social media strategies for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and other relevant channels (LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
- Manage organic and paid campaigns, including ad setup, audience targeting, budgeting, and performance optimization.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (posts, stories, videos, and reels) to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and ROI.
- Plan and execute campaigns aligned with marketing objectives, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and influencer collaborations.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to create compelling content on schedule.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices to optimize content strategy.
- Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews to build brand loyalty.
- Conduct competitor analysis and benchmark performance to identify new opportunities.
- Implement A/B testing for ads, captions, creatives, and engagement strategies to improve results.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all platforms.
- Work with PPC and SEO teams to align social media strategies with overall digital marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Mandatory experience in US and international eCommerce social media marketing.
- 6+ years of proven experience in a similar role, managing Meta platforms (Facebook Instagram).
- Strong expertise in social media advertising, including Facebook Ads Manager, audience segmentation, retargeting, and ad copy optimization.
- Experience in content creation, video marketing, and engagement strategies.
- Hands-on experience with influencer marketing, community management, and viral content strategies.
- Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics tools
- Ability to develop and manage paid social campaigns, optimizing for engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
- Experience with international campaigns and adapting content for different audiences.
- Experience working with eCommerce brands and running product-focused social media campaigns.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging, visually appealing content.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently.
- Up-to-date knowledge of emerging social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, generate reports, create dashboards, and make data-driven decisions.
