Job Description

1. Patient Care

  • Conduct comprehensive medical consultations, including detailed medical history taking and physical examinations.

  • Provide clear and empathetic patient education regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and preventive measures.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

2. Therapeutic Interventions

  • Prescribe medications appropriately and monitor their efficacy.
  • Perform minor surgical procedures as required.
  • Refer patients to specialists for complex cases.

3. Preventive Healthcare

  • Promote healthy lifestyle habits and preventive measures.
  • Conduct routine health check-ups and screenings.
  • Administer vaccinations and immunizations.

4. Clinical Skills

  • Utilize various diagnostic techniques, including laboratory tests and imaging studies.
  • Manage acute and chronic illnesses effectively.
  • Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and clinical guidelines.

5. Interpersonal and Communication Skills

  • Build strong rapport with patients through effective communication and empathy.
  • Demonstrate active listening skills and provide clear explanations.
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.

6. Compliance and Ethics

  • Adhere to strict medical ethics and confidentiality standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  • Comply with all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines.
  • Participate in continuing medical education to maintain professional competence.

7. Administrative Duties

  • Manage administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and completing medical documentation.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

8. Additional Responsibilities

  • HIPAA Compliance adherence etc.
  • Management may assign additional responsibilities as needed to meet the evolving needs of the organization and patient care either in written or verbal time to time.
