Manager -Sales & Preventive Health & Wellness

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective relationship building and networking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
• To plan various activities as per the phase-wise Marketing Strategic plans RWAs, Co-working spaces, clubs, joggers park etc
• To
• To carry out research activity related to the marketing plan evolved.
• To explore newer geographical areas and new markets, for driving footfall
• To do regular fieldwork to understand and develop a sound marketing plan.
• Monthly detailed report of the activity should be submitted to the management
• Weekly progress reports should be submitted in brief to management about the activities assigned.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in corporate sales, key account management, and client relationship management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong expertise in client retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Experience in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships
