ABOUT MEDANTA:.
- Over past 14+ years, Medanta has created an unrivalled impact in delivering world class multispeciality care to patients in India.
- We have hospitals in Gurgaon (Delhi NCR), Lucknow, Patna, Indore & Ranchi, and we will soon be opening our 6th hospital in Noida (Delhi NCR).
- In addition, we have clinics in Defence Colony (South Delhi), Cybercity, Subhash Chowk (Gurgaon), Golfcourse Road (opening shortly) and at the Delhi Airports.

Location : Lucknow.
Roles & Responsibility :
- Managing Overall Operations of OPD & IPD, Executive Health Check-up, E-Clinic etc.
- Participates in all forms of resource acquisition for Patient Services area.
- Formulates and implements SOPs for OPD & IPD operations with a proactive approach.
- Interface with the physicians, patients and their attendants on a regular basis.
- Ensures smooth flow of patients at admissions, helpdesk, OPD areas, etc.
- Ensures team awareness and readiness for emergency patient handling roles.
- Plans and coordinates for future expansion of the department.
- Coordinates with diagnostic and treatment activities to achieve high customer satisfaction levels with services.
- Supervises OPD & IPD services and staffing on daily basis.
- Ensures proper manpower planning and optimum deployment.
- Conducts & coordinates training programs for teams.
- Ensures ethical practices are followed by the team members and department.
- Monitors and motivates the team and minimize attrition.
- Manages the operational activities of the department to include: staffing levels, constant improvement process & system evaluation.
- Review the KRA / KPIs of staff and Establishes employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews.
- Gives presentation and orientation to related departments to ensure better coordination.
- Grievance Handling of staff and taking remedial actions.
Qualification & Desired Profile:.
- Graduate with Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Hospital Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Patient Safety, or related fields is preferred.
- Proven track record in patient care coordination, service delivery improvement, and team leadership in a healthcare environment.
