Manager/ Senior Manager (Clinical Recruitment) - Human Resources

Role & responsibilities:

• To provide resource acquisition service to meet the company's manpower requirements with the best available talent in a timely and systematic manner through interviewing, testing, selection, and hiring and provide employee relations services to retain good employees.
• Closely interfaces with all the clinical Department Managers on organizational manpower planning, manpower phasing & budgeting.
• Monitors manpower requirements and ensure timely manpower supply to the organization.
• Engages in recruitment activities in the most efficient manner including but not limited to career fairs, ads, recruitment agencies, university fairs, internal reference and internal recruitment.
• Negotiates employment terms with candidates and ensure effective negotiation is carried out with others at other functions in the company.
• Keeps updated on latest trends and concepts in talent acquisition and retaining employees.
