Department: Finance and Accounts

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct Tax: Filing of ITR (Companies & Societies), Computation of income, Deferred tax computation, Appeal, Assessment, reply to notices or query raised by the department, Preparation of Tax audit schedules, Sound knowledge of GAAR

- Manage all Tax Audits

- Compliances and return related to filing of Form 61 & 61A

- TDS: TDS Returns, Monthly computation of TDS, TDS assessment, TDS appeal, reply to notice or query raised by the department

- Frequent liaisoning with tax authorities for various matters

- Tax planning & analysis and vetting of agreement from Tax perspective

- Handle all Statutory and Tax auditors
