Responsibility & Mandate:

- Tax profile - with 4-5 years of experience- Complete knowledge of Direct tax (expert level)

- To co-ordinate for the annual tax audit of the group companies

- To take care of the compliances with all TDS provisions and all direct tax statutory requirements

- To prepare the income tax returns of the group companies

- To prepare the annual transfer pricing returns of the group entities

- Expert Knowledge - Income tax computation, advance tax computation, TDS computation, TDS return and reconciliation, Deferred tax computation etc
