Medical Representative

Role & responsibilities:

• Promoting Scientific Literature for Doctors: Communicate clinical data and research to healthcare professionals to support their understanding of medical products.
• Maintaining Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, addressing concerns and collecting feedback.
• Order Processing: Record orders from chemists and ensure they are passed on to stockists and super stockists for ful-fillment.
• Data Management: Enter all relevant customer and business data into the company's ERP or reporting software.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor actions, and opportunities; report findings regularly.
• Training and Compliance: Engage in ongoing training on product and industry standards and ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Science (preferred).
• Autonomy and Ownership: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong ownership of tasks.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
• Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
