Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

• Stock Management: Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Maintain effective inventory controls and uphold high standards in materials handling.
• ERP Management: Oversee and optimize ERP solutions for accurate data management and operational efficiency.
• Team Management: Hire, train, and oversee both blue-collar and white-collar staff, ensuring optimal workforce deployment and management.
• Courier and Partner Coordination: Build and maintain relationships with courier partners, negotiate contracts, and manage service level agreements to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
• Coordination of Teams: Liaise with internal departments like procurement, sales, and finance, and ensure compliance with external logistics and supply chain requirements.
• Reporting and Compliance: Produce regular reports on inventory and operational efficiency. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Preferred).
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or a similar managerial role in logistics.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
