Job Summary

We seek a proactive Executive Assistant with expertise in marketing and data analysis within the infrastructure & construction industry. This role supports senior leadership in business operations, market research, and strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

• Manage calendar, meetings, travel, and confidential communications.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals.
• Coordinate with teams, clients, and vendors.
• Track projects, ensuring timely execution.

Marketing & Business Development

• Assist in developing marketing strategies and business development initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Support branding, social media, and content creation.
• Manage CRM databases and client interactions.

Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns.
• Manage content creation (blogs, newsletters, ads).
• Track engagement metrics and campaign ROI.

Data Analysis & Market Intelligence

• Analyze industry trends, project data, and market insights.
• Prepare business reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Track ROI for marketing efforts and evaluate financial data.
• Monitor infrastructure industry developments and policies.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years in executive support, marketing, or business analysis (infra/construction preferred).

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and marketing tools.
• Experience in market research, bid documentation, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of construction project lifecycle and cost estimation is a plus.
