Job Description
Are you ready to transform the digital landscape? At Bravura, were seeking a visionary Senior Cloud Practice Lead/Manager to drive innovation and lead our global Cloud team. Your mission? Enhance our software delivery pipeline and ensure our infrastructure is top-notch, both on-premises and on AWS.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and Inspire: drive the global Cloud strategy and mentor a team of Cloud engineers, fostering continuous learning and improvement. Leadership will be approximately 80% of your role.
- Strategise and Implement: Develop and execute a comprehensive Cloud strategy, adopting best practices like CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Automate and Manage: Oversee scalable, secure cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring peak performance and reliability.
- Innovate and Deploy: Implement CI/CD pipelines, streamline release processes, and minimise downtime.
- Monitor and Respond: Set up monitoring systems to proactively address issues and coordinate quick resolutions.

What You Bring:
- Proven experience with Cloud tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Inclusive leadership skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Strong ability to set clear goals and guide global teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Ability to lead technical teams through change.
- Proactive approach to driving and implementing Cloud strategies.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A degree in Computer Science or related field, with 14+ years in Software Engineering.
- Lead the team to Standarise, Simplify & Automate the estate.
- Bring fresh thinking on ways of working and challenge the status quo of the way we do things.
