Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Product Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and engineers, coordinating with principals, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and helping grow our business by closing offers and managing customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction & Technical Support:
• Receive and process customer and engineer enquiries via email, understanding their applications, and recommending the appropriate products.
• Provide technical training to engineers to enhance their product knowledge and understanding.
2. Coordination with Principals:
• Collaborate with principals to obtain in-depth product knowledge and resolve technical queries.
• Address and resolve customer complaints related to product quality or damage, working closely with principals to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Coordinate with the Logistics Team to guarantee that materials are delivered to customers on time.
3. Sales & Reporting:
• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports for the PA Division.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts to management, including details of firm orders and pipeline enquiries.
4. Business Development & Customer Relationship Management:
• Plan and conduct customer visits, alongside engineers, to generate new business opportunities and follow up on existing offers.
• Ensure timely follow-up with customers on outstanding payments.
5. ERP Management & Documentation:
• Create part numbers and manage the MPR in the software.
• Register customer enquiries and maintain accurate records in the ERP system.
• Prepare quotations, register customer orders, and generate proforma invoices.
• Create new customer ledgers and maintain accurate customer data in the software.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering.
• 6+ years of product management experience, particularly in pneumatic systems or related industries.
• Strong understanding of pneumatic products and market dynamics.

Terms And Conditions:

1. The notice period will be two calendar months. (60 Days) and the candidate must work with us for a minimum period of two years.

2. The office timings 9Am to 6 Pm and we work from Monday to Saturday.
