- Operate and monitor Turning Centre Vertical Machining Centre equipment in accordance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Set up and configure machines for production runs, ensuring precision and accuracy in the machining process.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery, identify potential issues, and perform necessary adjustments or maintenance.
- Collaborate with the production team to achieve production goals and meet quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and tooling required for machine operation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Adhere to strict quality control measures to ensure the production of aerospace components meets industry standards.
- 5S to be maintained in theirwork limited area.
- Daily routine maintenancemust be done.
