- Execute a strategic roadmap including Planning, Designing, and Setting up of the Data Centre

- Implement best practices in data center management, including security, disaster recovery, and energy efficiency.

- Expertise in data center migration.

- Supervise Layout of racks and racks designing, Expertise in Network planning and designing along with knowledge of latest trends in data, power cables and its management.

- Abreast with IT Security Technologies and operations.

- Well versed with latest and Day to Day datacentre upgrades.

- Manage Datacenter Life cycle including capacity management.

- Incident identification, management and Problem solving.

- Adherence to Audit guidelines, compliance, patch, hardening management and vulnerability assessment and its closure.

- Time to time updating/compliance to all relevant datacentre site certifications viz TIA/ANSI, ISO, SOC, BICSI ICT etc.

- Asset management and tracking.

- ITIL life cycle and vendor management

- Well versed with SEBI colocation guidelines.

- Daily/weekly/monthly reporting, datacentre checklist.

- Compliance reporting.

- Process automation.

- Time to time updating of all colocation processes, SOPs.
