Location - Noida Sector- 62, C51, Near - Sector 59 Metro Station

Company - Mckinsol Technologies

Timing - 7:00PM to 4:00AM ( U.S Shift )

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop business relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Identify new sales opportunities by prospecting, researching, and networking within the education industry.
  
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor analysis.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic plans for client acquisition and retention.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, business development, or staff development preferred but not required.
  
• Strong understanding of MBA marketing principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
