What is this role about
McGraw Hill, the leading provider of digital and print educational resources, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee recruitment for our International division. As a key contributor, the TA Manager will collaborate with client groups and HR teams to develop and deliver effective talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives, drive business results, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the business.

This highly visible role offers the opportunity to lead and innovate within our International business and Technology shared service functions, driving critical initiatives, including diversity hiring, and serving as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.

Candidates must be based in the Noida area and willing to work out of the office 2-3 days per week.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:

• Set and Execute Recruitment Strategies: Partner with business leaders to design and implement tailored recruitment plans, leveraging market intelligence and aligning with our Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
• Lead and Manage a High-Performing Team: Build, coach, and inspire a team of skilled recruiters, while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-energy work environment.
• Drive Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: Implement strategies to ensure diverse candidate slates, measure progress toward representation goals, and champion DEI best practices.
• Deliver an Exceptional Candidate Experience: Create a personalized and efficient journey for every candidate, utilizing technology and providing consistent updates and feedback.
• Leverage Data and Technology: Use advanced tools and analytics to streamline processes, inform hiring strategies, and achieve recruitment goals.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Act as a talent advisor to business leaders, aligning recruitment efforts with organizational priorities and driving process improvements.

What We re Looking For:

• Minimum 7 years in recruitment or talent advisory roles, with at least 5 years in the technology sector.
• Minimum 2 years managing a recruitment team.
• Proven expertise in managing complex and senior-level hiring.
• Demonstrated success in diversity hiring initiatives.
• Strong background in using recruitment systems, sourcing channels, and social media tools.
