Job Summary:

Chartered Accountant (CA) will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions, preparing accurate financial reports, conducting audits, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing expert advice on a wide range of financial matters.

This role requires a high level of proficiency in accounting principles, financial analysis, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Accounting & Reporting: Prepare financial statements, maintain general ledgers, and ensure compliance with accounting principles.

- Audit & Assurance: Conduct internal/external audits, verify financial records, assess internal controls, and prepare audit reports.

- Taxation: Prepare and file tax returns, advise on tax planning, manage tax audits, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

- Financial Analysis & Planning: Provide financial insights, budget forecasts, and cost-reduction recommendations.

- Management Accounting: Develop management reports, assist with budgeting and financial planning, and track financial KPIs.

- Financial Compliance & Regulations: Ensure adherence to financial laws, regulations, and accounting standards, staying updated with new rules.

- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor junior accountants, ensuring deadlines and standards are met.

Qualifications:

- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant, preferably with experience in CA Firms / the construction or real estate industry
