Inside Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our company's products/services to effectively communicate value proposition to customers.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-4 years of experience in B2B Sales or related field (preferably in IT Services & Consulting).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (any specialization).
  
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal/written English proficiency; ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls/meetings.
  
• Proven track record of success in New Business Development, Field Sales, or similar roles; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
