Roles and Responsibilities :

- Content Creation : Develop, write, and maintain high-quality documentation, including user guides, API documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for SaaS, Cloud, and AI/ML platforms.

- Technical Understanding : Demonstrate strong knowledge of SaaS architecture, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and AI/ML concepts, including model training, deployment, and integration.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and data scientists, to gather technical information and transform it into user-friendly content.

- API Documentation : Write and edit API documentation with a focus on RESTful APIs, SDKs, and integration workflows to guide developers effectively.

- Version Control and Tools : Utilize tools like Git, Markdown, and documentation platforms like Confluence, ReadTheDocs, or similar to maintain version-controlled and up-to-date content.

- Editing and Review : Proofread and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guides, including those for international audiences.

- User-Centric Writing : Develop content tailored to various user personas, including technical developers, business users, and system administrators.

- Learning and Development : Stay updated on the latest SaaS, Cloud, and AI/ML trends to incorporate relevant, cutting-edge insights into documentation.

- Graphic Representation : Create visual aids, such as diagrams, flowcharts, and illustrations, to simplify complex concepts and enhance user comprehension.

- SEO and Accessibility : Optimize content for search engines and ensure compliance with accessibility standards like WCAG to enhance usability and reach.
