The Cluster Head Corporate Services serves as a key leadership role within the company and is responsible for overseeing the corporate services division within designated clusters.

This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the insurance industry, particularly in the corporate segment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve corporate services objectives within assigned clusters.

- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of corporate services professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and employee engagement.

- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

- Business Development: Identify opportunities for new business development within assigned clusters, including cross-selling and upselling insurance products and services.

- Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with corporate clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

- Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the corporate services division, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to clients.

- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of the corporate services division, implementing corrective actions as needed.

- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats for the corporate services business.

- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as underwriting, claims, and finance, to streamline processes and improve overall service delivery.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing insurance broking activities.

Our Ideal Candidate:

- Masters/Bachelor's degree.

- Preferably service sector background.

- Proven experience (5+ years) in a leadership role within the insurance industry, with a focus on corporate services.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve high performance and deliver exceptional results.

- Deep understanding of insurance products, risk management principles, and industry trends, with the ability to apply this knowledge to develop innovative solutions and strategies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for pipeline management, reporting, and analysis.

Commitments: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off).
