Job Description
Coordinate with technical team in order to understand Technical Specifications, BOQ and Drawings to determine suitable vendors and suppliers as per project quality and requirement
Required Skills And Knowledge
RFQ / RFI / RFP to the supplier / sub-contractor and making detailed study of quotations by reviewing their inclusions and exclusions and terms & condition
To procure materials and subcontract in timely manner within approved budgeted cost
Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors
Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms
Prepare sub-contract / supply LOI, LPO S and work order accordance with main contract terms & conditions
Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility
Preparing procurement reports
Coordinate with Site, Accounts department in facilitating the financial transactions and ensure timely and successfully delivery of materials at site without affecting the project program schedule
Manage and develop the existing and potential supplier pool and update the Approved Vendor List
