Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage packaging operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Handle packaging materials selection, procurement, and inventory management.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot packaging machines to minimize downtime.
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams for smooth workflow.
• Optimize packaging processes to reduce waste and improve productivity.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in packaging operations (FMCG, Beverage, Pharma, or related industries).
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials and machinery.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize packaging lines.
• Willingness to relocate and work in DRC, Central Africa.
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
