Job Description: Maxxis Rubber India Private Limited is seeking a skilled Assistant Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in production control, documentation, audits, and SAP software. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of ISO audit documentation, and document control. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to ensure smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Control: Oversee daily production activities, monitor schedules, and coordinate with teams to ensure on-time delivery.

2. SAP Management: Utilize SAP software for inventory, production tracking, and data accuracy.

3. Audit Documentation: Handle internal and external audits, prepare documentation for ISO audits, and ensure compliance

4. 7QC Tools: Apply 7QC tools (like Pareto, Fishbone, etc.) to improve quality control and problem-solving.

5. Documentation & Report Management: Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for performance analysis.

6. Communication & Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively to ensure seamless operations.

7. Compliance & Safety: Ensure production complies with safety and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• 2-3 years of experience in production management, documentation, and audits.

• Only Female Candidates are preferable for this role.

• Proficiency in SAP software, 7QC tools, and document control.

• Strong understanding of ISO standards and audit processes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
