ReviewBusiness cycle reports (Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly) to ensure the accuracy ofdata in reports in the HR Analytics (HRA) Tool
Ownthe design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses,dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions.
Makerecommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve marketing campaign targeting and measurement in the future.
Definethe data elements and data structure that our team should leverage to enableanalytical capabilities for our product management and engineering teams
Enableeffective decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiplesources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
EnsureKPIs are published and reviewed on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and performanalysis on any behaviors/processes that could impact data integrity
Usedata mining, model building, and other analytical techniques to develop andmaintain customer/developer segmentation
Analyzecurrent delivery trends, provide recommendations, and execute on existing or newprograms and/or process improvements to drive productivity and improvedservice delivery.
