Facilitation of LD Programs:
Coordinate new employee onboarding programs.
Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training programs for new hires and associates.
Assist in building content, including conducting research and gathering materials.
Moderate and co-facilitate LD initiatives hosted by colleagues.
Support domain, process, and technology training initiatives.
Training Request Validation:
Validate training requests received from learners through internal discussions and stakeholder input.
Identify and coordinate with business trainers, adapting learning plans and content as needed.
Identify and evaluate potential vendors and manage the entire program cycle as required.
Pre-program Coordination:
Plan and roll out training calendars based on identified learning needs.
Create awareness of programs through mailers, posters, and discussions.
Make necessary logistical and technical arrangements.
Ensure registrations and participation for various initiatives.
Post-program Coordination:
Collect learner feedback to assess program effectiveness.
Track and report training programs in LMS and to stakeholders.
Follow up with participants post-program to help apply learning from the classroom.
Take inputs to improve content, design, and delivery of learning initiatives.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in LD or HR Business Partnering.
Proven experience in training new employees, coordinating or moderating training programs, and hosting meetings.
Hands-on experience using Google Workspace or MS Office Tools, especially collaboration tools like Gmeet/Teams and Gsheets/Excel.
Behavioral Competencies:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Passion for LD and a readiness to engage deeply in tasks.
Intrinsic drive to be a role model learner curious, innovative, and self-driven.
Ability to effectively manage vendor and external training partner relationships.
