Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager_ Government & Private from mainline & Digital Agency Background for our ( Banglore, Chennai & Kolkata Location) to lead and expand our business in the government, domestic, and international sectors. The ideal candidate will work closely with our clients, leveraging their expertise to drive growth, secure new contracts, and build long-lasting relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development, especially in a 360 Ad Agency environment.

1. Effectively pitch and present to clients, tailoring communication to meet the unique needs of government, domestic, and international stakeholders.
2. Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth and increase market value .
3. Lead the strategic planning process, identifying opportunities for expansion and aligning business objectives with client needs.
4. Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase our capabilities and value propositions.
5. Participate in and manage the entire tender and bidding process, ensuring compliance and maximizing win rates.
6.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals and client expectations.
