Marketing Executive / Specialist

Develop and implement marketing strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team and management to create comprehensive marketing plans that align with overall business objectives.
Market research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and industry trends. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.
Content creation: Create engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, blogs, email campaigns, and other promotional materials.
Digital marketing: Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including SEO/SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and online display advertising.
Brand management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials. Ensure brand guidelines are followed for all marketing initiatives.
Lead generation: Implement lead generation strategies to attract and capture potential customers, nurturing them through the sales funnel.
Event planning and coordination: Organize and execute marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Performance analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Use data insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
Partnership and collaboration: Identify and pursue collaboration opportunities with external partners, influencers, and organizations to expand brand reach and credibility.
Customer relationship management: Assist in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication and targeted marketing efforts.
Support sales, personally manage relationships with customer through extensive interaction.
Assist Sales in Technical configuration, product selection & creation of solution concepts for existing and potential customers. Work out complete offers, Market research and analysis & back office operations.
Assist Personal selling, Expand customer base & drive the sales growth according to set goals
Actively support and participate in marketing activities (trade fairs, advertising campaign, customer seminars)
Continuous market and competitor analysis. Feedback new opportunities and product ideas
Assistance for sales budgeting and planning process
Assure excellent communication and information exchange with local and group headquarter providing accurate information and reporting
Close collaboration with the local sales administration and logistics
Customer oriented thinking and acting taking much pleasure having customer contacts and developing solutions together with customer
Capability of organizing yourself and taking actions on your owns initiative; high levels of energy and passion
Capability of analyzing the market and competitors
Excellent communication skills, impeccable English
Being comfortable to interact both in an international and local environment, sometimes challenged to bridge cultural gaps
Willing to travel
Proven work experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role.
Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics, and marketing automation software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize innovative marketing campaigns.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing performance metrics.
Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and email marketing platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B/B2C marketing, depending on the company's target market.
Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools.
Familiarity with CRM software for lead management.
Certifications in digital marketing or related fields.
