Hr Executive And Generalist

Role & responsibilities

• Recruitment & Staffing:
  
• Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for hospital staff including doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and other medical personnel.
• Post job openings on job boards, social media, and internal channels.
• Conduct interviews, background checks, and reference checks.
• Assist in onboarding and induction processes for new hires.

• Employee Relations:
  
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Address employee grievances, concerns, and disciplinary issues.
• Ensure that hospital policies are adhered to and that a healthy work culture is maintained.
• Organize employee engagement activities to boost morale and satisfaction.

• Training & Development:
  
• Support the identification of training needs across departments and assist in the coordination of employee development programs.
• Assist in managing the orientation and continuous learning programs for staff.
• Promote and encourage professional development and certification for medical and non-medical staff.

• Performance Management:
  
• Support managers and staff in implementing performance management systems.
• Assist in setting up performance appraisals and evaluations.
• Maintain and update records of employee performance, appraisals, and disciplinary actions.

• Payroll & Benefits Administration:
  
• Support the payroll team with accurate and timely processing of payroll.
• Ensure all benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave entitlements, are administered properly.
• Maintain accurate leave and attendance records.

• HR Documentation & Reporting:
  
• Maintain up-to-date HR records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies.
• Generate reports on employee attendance, recruitment activities, and HR-related metrics.
• Assist with the preparation of HR-related documents like contracts, letters, and forms.

• Hospital Culture and Well-being:
  
• Assist in promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the hospitals values and vision.
• Support programs that contribute to staff well-being, including health programs and wellness initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Candidate must have Masters Degree

2. Should be willing to travel
