Job Description

We are seeking a Solutions Architect who will take ownership of end-to-end design and architecture for scalable and high-performance systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java-based web applications, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into comprehensive technology solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, business stakeholders, and infrastructure teams, while driving the evolution of solutions across a variety of domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and Design Solutions: Lead the architecture and design of robust, scalable, and secure Java-based web applications that meet client needs and business objectives.
Technology Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance across various technology stacks, including Java, web frameworks (Spring, Java EE), and other relevant platforms.
Cross-Domain Problem Solving: Quickly analyze and understand complex problems, extending beyond your primary technology footprint to integrate new tools, technologies, or methodologies as needed.
Client Engagement: Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide thought leadership on best practices and emerging technologies.
Documentation and Best Practices: Create and maintain architectural documentation, including design patterns, implementation guidelines, and best practices.
Mentorship: Mentor and provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring they follow architecture best practices and maintain high-quality code.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovations in the software architecture space. Continuously enhance your knowledge to provide relevant solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven Expertise in Java Development: Strong experience in Java and Java-based web technologies (Spring, Hibernate, Java EE, etc.) for building enterprise-level solutions.
Architecture Experience: Proven experience in architecting large-scale, high-availability, and high-performance web applications.
Full Stack Development Knowledge: Understanding of full-stack development, from backend services to front-end technologies, with a focus on integrating Java-based services.
Agile Methodologies: Experience working in an Agile development environment, with familiarity in iterative design and rapid delivery.
Cloud and DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and DevOps practices to ensure seamless deployment and scaling of applications.
Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies or methodologies to solve business challenges.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced certifications in relevant technologies are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with front-end technologies (Angular, React, or Vue.js).
Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and service-oriented architectures (SOA).
Exposure to non-Java technologies, such as Node.js, Python, or other open-source frameworks.
