Job Description

Manager - Marketing & Communications for Maximus Global Capability Center will play a crucial role in driving both internal employee engagement and external brand visibility in the region. This role will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies, managing internal employee communications, and ensuring our brand resonates with key audiences.

Develop and execute internal communications plans: Use various channels such as email, town halls, and the intranet to engage and motivate employees.

Employee Communications: Drive consistent messaging that aligns with company values and goals, fostering a collaborative and engaged workplace.

Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with leaders across the organization to understand and support their communications needs.

Event Management: Lead and manage employee events such as town halls, leadership meetings, and employee engagement activities.

Crisis Communications: Be prepared to develop and manage internal crisis communications plans, ensuring transparency and clarity during urgent situations.

Data-Driven Communications: Leverage data analytics to measure the impact of communications efforts and improve strategies.

Generative AI: Use generative AI tools to enhance communication processes and improve efficiency. External Marketing and Communications

Develop and execute marketing strategies: Create and execute effective marketing plans to drive Maximus brand presence in India. Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute on marketing goals, strategies, and priorities that align with overall business objectives to drive Maximus brand presence.

Social Media and Digital Marketing: Manage social media and digital advertising that drives engagement and expands reach across platforms.

SEO and SEM Best Practices: Optimize content and campaigns for search engine rankings, ensuring high visibility of the Maximus brand.

Web Analytics and Online Marketing: Use data and insights to monitor the performance of digital marketing efforts, optimizing based on real-time data.

Brand Building: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape. Translate insights into actionable strategies that position Maximus as a leader in technology, digital enablement, and AI in India through strategic marketing campaigns.

Public Relations: Periodically work with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders to enhance the company s reputation and visibility in the market.

Qualifications

Education: Master s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 9 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on internal communications and digital marketing within the technology services industry.

Proficiency in using communications and marketing analytics tools and platforms to measure and report on performance.

Experience working with global organizations or technology companies is preferred. Strong experience in social media marketing, online marketing, SEO, SEM, and data analytics.

Proficiency in using generative AI tools and marketing automation software.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
