Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends, track campaign performance & adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Organizing and overseeing strategic branding/communication campaigns and promotional events.
- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and sales [B2B].
- Execute and oversee all marketing activities related to Print Media, Digital Marketing, Public Relations and event planning etc.
- Driving PR through media connects over multiple channels.
- Branding internally for existing and new clients.
- Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams for branding across all channels.
- Coordinate Public Relations and outreach initiatives on regular basis, including media & press releases, company announcements etc.
- Collaborate with PR agencies to for Brand positioning if any.
- Market research and competition mapping.
- Guide the sales team to arrange for competitor information (services, campaigns etc.) and contribute to sales enablement, networking, trade shows and events.
- Track actual spends and ensure costs are within the overall budget allocated.
- Analyze campaign results, customer acquisition data, and other metrics to calculate ROI and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, client engagement and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business goals and enhance brand visibility.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities to drive engagement and traffic.
- Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content is published across platforms.
Qualifications and Experience:
Educational Background: Graduate / MBA.
Experience:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Marketing & Communication.
- Proven experience in developing marketing strategies and communication for Corporates.
- Exposure to industries like Food Services, Catering, Hotels, Hospitality & facilities & FMCG.
