Marketing Technology Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive MarTech strategy that aligns with Bighaat's overall marketing and business objectives.
Platform Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, email marketing systems, analytics tools, and other technologies that enhance marketing performance.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Use data-driven insights to evaluate marketing campaigns, optimize performance, and ensure we meet KPIs. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to the marketing leadership team.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing technologies and alignment with business goals.
Customer Journey Mapping: Design and optimize the end-to-end customer journey by leveraging automation tools and ensuring personalized, targeted communication across all touchpoints.
Technology Integration: Manage the integration of new and existing MarTech tools with other systems (e.g., CRM, website, analytics) to improve marketing operations and customer experience.
A/B Testing & Optimization: Lead the execution of A/B testing for marketing campaigns to continually optimize performance and effectiveness.
Lead Generation & Nurturing: Oversee the development of lead generation and nurturing workflows using marketing automation tools to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Marketing Trends & Innovations: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies, trends, and best practices. Evaluate new tools and recommend innovative solutions to keep Bighaat ahead of the competition.
Key Qualifications :
Educational Background :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. A Master's degree or certifications in marketing technologies is a plus.
Experience :
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing technology role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. Experience in AgriTech, e-commerce, or a related field is preferred.
Skills :
- Deep understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising tools.
- Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable insights.
Desired Skills :
- Knowledge of AgriTech industry trends and digital transformation.
- Experience with advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI-powered marketing tools.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and eCommerce platforms.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and influencer marketing technologies.
