Developing detailed project schedules by defining project activities, duration, dependencies, and constraints. Using P6s/MSP features to create an accurate representation of the project timeline.
Responsible for change management and customizations for clients.
Assigning project resources, such as manpower, equipment, and materials, to activities in the project schedule.
Optimizing resource utilization and leveling to ensure efficient project execution.
Represent Maximl by effectively interacting with senior and mid-management of large clients.
Work closely with the product team and delivery team to pioneer ideas and contribute towards setting the core specifications and deadlines.
Defining and managing priorities against the available bandwidth.
Develops Healthy Customer Relationship, Evaluate and Analyze Customer Needs & Builds Trust and Transparency with Clients.
Requirements
Previous experience as a project planner or scheduler, preferably utilizing Primavera P6 / MSP software, is highly desirable.
Primavera P6 / MSP Proficiency: In-depth knowledge and proficiency in using Primavera P6 / MSP software for project scheduling and management is essential.
Meticulous attention to detail to develop accurately and maintain project schedules. Ability to identify potential scheduling conflicts, constraints, and risks.
Knowledge of Refinery Process & the equipment along with the activities that are performed for their maintenance during Shutdown.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess project requirements, identify critical paths, and analyze project data. Ability to perform schedule impact analysis and recommend appropriate actions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with project teams, stakeholders, and management. Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Effective Time Management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Graduates of the following majors are preferred: Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering, Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering & Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
