Data Scientist

What Youll Do:
● Design, develop, and implement ML algorithms and statistical models to enhance our
platform and optimize key operational metrics.
● Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that
inform strategic decisions.
● Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for preprocessing, feature engineering, model
training, and deployment.
● Collaborate with Engineering and SRE to ensure reproducibility, scalability, and reliability
of your models.
● Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into our platform and
drive adoption.

• Communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences, effectively presenting findings and recommendations.
  ● Stay abreast of the latest advancements in ML technologies and continuously improve model performance.

What You’ll Need:
● A strong background in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
● 5+ years of experience as an ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar role, with a focus on AI/ML applications.
● Advanced programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
● Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
● Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques.
● Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
● Master's degree in a relevant field.
● Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry.
● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
● Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
● Experience with big data technologies and data warehousing.
● Knowledge of NLP techniques and BI tools.
