Senior Product Designer

What You'll Do:

• Own and drive the end-to-end design of one or more of Stords software products, shaping the vision and owning
• execution.
• Solve the challenge of having an intuitive design that users love in the complex field of Supply Chain
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to understand customer pain points, partnering closely with Product, coming up
• with experiences that customers love
• Collaborate with the broader design team to ensure a seamless product experience
• Deliver detailed, robust design solutions, and work directly with engineering to ensure a high-quality product reaches the
• hands of our customers
• Be surrounded by smart, driven individuals who are passionate about doing their best work every day

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years as a product designer at product-lead companies
• End-to-end ownership of meaningful features or surfaces
• Passion for building the highest-quality software that delights the user
• Energetic communicator who can clearly articulate a design perspective to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in simplifying complex workflows by shipping products that have received positive user
• feedback and high adoption rates
• Experience with rapid prototyping tools such as Figma or InVision, enabling quick iteration and validation of design concepts.
• The drive to solve problems
