Manager - Finance - Food Manufacturing Segment - CA (10-15 yrs)

Our client is a major player in food manufacturing segment and they are looking for senior / experienced Plant Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of three manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the plant's financial performance meets business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Planning and Budgeting : Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support plant operations and business objectives.

- Financial Reporting and Analysis : Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide insights on plant performance.

- Cost Control and Management : Identify areas for cost reduction and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve plant profitability.

- Accounting and Compliance : Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

- Audit and Risk Management : Coordinate internal and external audits, identify and mitigate financial risks, and implement internal controls.

- Team Management : Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.

- Communication and Stakeholder Management : Communicate financial results, plans, and initiatives to stakeholders, including plant management, corporate finance, and external partners.

Requirements:

- Qualified CA with 10+ years of experience finance, accounting, or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.

- Must have handled multiple manufacturing location with Turn over above 850 Cr+

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to lead and manage a team of finance professionals.

- Excellent Communication and presentation skills.

- Read / Spoken Malayalam will be an advantage.
