Job Description

We are Seeking dynamic, target-oriented individuals with a proven track record in business development and Account Management roles. The successful candidates will join our passionate sales team, contributing to our continued growth and success in the India markets.


Responsibilities:-


  • Here you can find the short details for sales profile.
  • Use an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business (Building a 'territory) and acquire new customers for Maxify digital’ IT & Digital Offerings.
  • Team handling experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends and competitor landscape
  • Understand the customer’s buying cycle
  • Hunt for new logos / clients – majorly the MHA (Must Have Accounts)
  • Achieve and regularly meet sales target
  • Contribute to the overall sales growth strategies and plans
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial prospect engagement to closure (Networking, presentation, negotiation, persistent follow-ups)
  • Identify and map business strengths and customer’s diverse needs
  • Anticipate possible escalations and keep the Sales posted for timely intervention
  • Respond to bid documents, legal clauses, reviewing RFPs and supporting documents.
  • New Client acquisition and acquiring the old one

Qualifications:-


  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and Account Management roles, preferably in the Salesforce consulting or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas in Mid-size & Enterprise Deals.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, solutions, and implementation methodologies.
  • Well Groomed & Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, result-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented sales environment. Open to Travel 40% of the time across India.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the US and India markets, understanding cultural nuances and business practices in both geographies.
