Reconcile school accounts regularly to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Maintain confidentiality and security of financial records and sensitive data. Handle petty cash and keep track of cash flow for day-to-day operations. Coordinate with the schools accounts team for payroll processing, including staff salaries and benefits. Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors for billing and payment processing. Maintain a proper filing system for all financial records, invoices, and documents. Handle inquiries from parents and staff regarding financial matters or billing issues. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and school fee structures, including GST if applicable. Monitor and manage the schools expense accounts to ensure cost control and efficiency. Support the principal or administrative head with financial decision-making and strategic planning.
