Overview :

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager with 5+ years of experience in the IT industry to lead the development and enhancement of our digital products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the product vision, creating roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving product success in alignment with business objectives.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Product Strategy & Vision : Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.

- Market & User Research : Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.

- Requirement Gathering : Work closely with stakeholders, customers, and development teams to gather and prioritize requirements.

- Agile Product Development : Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch using Agile methodologies.

- Collaboration : Work closely with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, Engineers, Management, sales, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products.

- Backlog Management : Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clarity on requirements and deliverables.

- Performance Analysis : Monitor product performance using analytics tools, user feedback, and KPIs to improve adoption and retention.

- Delivery Management : Timely delivery of releases and milestones.

- Product Reporting : Develop and maintain product reporting dashboards and analytics to track key performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for decision-making."

- Execution of the scrum meetings.

- Stakeholder Communication : Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.

- Go-to-Market Strategy : Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and positioning.

- Roles and responsibilities are subject to change as per requirements from time to time.

Skills :

- Understanding of Product development life cycle (PDLC), software development life cycle (SDLC), APIs, and cloud-based technologies.

- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.

- Proficiency in analytics tools such as JIRA Analytics and others.

- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to solve complex product challenges.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.

Qualification :
