- Publish Daily MIS s with 100% accuracy
- Share accurate weekly review data to stakeholder
- Maintain 100% TAT to ensure deadlines are met
- Handling field queries and ensure resolution within TAT
- Maintain record of field data and resolve queries
- Collaborate with DSDO, Finance and other relevant stakeholder to effectively manage code and incentive payouts for FOS.
- Ensure regular communication to reach field on time
- Organize and maintain track of daily activities.
- Circulate survey with in the field to check the SAT Score
- Lead and develop a team focused at consistent performance improvement and enable distribution team
- Partner Queries TAT
- 100% accuracy in reports
- Automation in MIS s
- Regular calls with Partner
- Positive survey result
- Freelook Retention - increase in free-look retention ratios.
- Improve GIR scores
- Support in UAT in upcoming projects

- Sound knowledge of life insurance/banking operations model and specifically operations processes.

- Post graduate/Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with 2-3 years of experience in insurance industry
- Strong decision making skills to support and enable business
- Result Orientation, Managerial Expertise, Problem Solving, Role Core Values. Good command over excel and ppt.
- Effective communication skill and problem resolving attitude
