Telecom Engineer

JOB PURPOSE :

To provide wide range Technical Support to units for all day to day requirements, complaints or
new requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and configurations of EPABX systems of various makes and models,
• Telephone cabling, MDF/ Patch panel maintenance
• Handling Call Center, MIS reporting and its data records
• IVR and Call billing applications Configuration & maintaining
• Call Centre applications, Console system installation & maintenance
• Installation, servicing / maintenance, testing, commissioning of IP /SIP phone and trunks
• PM/PPM of all equipment and services installed
• Coordination with project team for product identification and execution a quality installation in the most methodical and efficient manner,
• Providing remote, telephone and onsite PC, network and applications technical support and advice for customers.
• Board room/AV system handling.
• Dealing with service providers and vendor for effective support.
• Mobile Booster related work

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications - ITI / Diploma in IT or Electronics and communications

Experience - 4-7 years of relevant area of Telecom, EPABX and Call Centers etc.
